Here is a really good report from the Census Bureau.? The study notes that the fastest growing places in the country are suburbs.? In particular large cities in the northeast and the midwest lost population.

Yeah no kidding I just read a report that my county called Sutter County is scheduled to grow 250% the fastest in any county in California. I live about 25-30 minutes from Lincoln. Orchards are being torn down at an incredible rate. In 2005 one out of every 100 homes or 1% of all homes built in the US were built in the Sacramento region which includes the area of Lincoln. As an environmentalist its makes me sad. I have tried to organize petitions to stop some of the growth but the pressures of commuting and a 19 month old were too much.

I do not know how you feel about endorsing products but since you are talking about homes the BofA home loan called an accorn loan or good neighbor loan cannot be matched. I am saying this because many of my neighbors have bad loans. Every block in the new subdivision where I live as a for sale sign or bank repo etc. Feel free to contact me if you want to know more. I had two crappy loans and am out 40K until I met this women from BofA. PMI - Zero Zero down zero commission 5.25 30 Yr fixed Taxes, principal, interest, home owners insurance all wrapped up into your payment. Oh yes my credit score at the time was 580. A Home equity line of credit is free. I have had this loan for two years now. The interest rate now is about 6.5 or so.

    Placer OKs 14,000 homes

Check out this Sacramento Bee headline. How depressing. Of course guess which city is in Placer County? Why Lincoln, Ca of course. Which is already the number one growth city. It is amazing to watch whole sections of an area sprout new homes like they were crops.

You can add a comment to the Sacramento Bee for the next seven days if you so desire. Pretty soon California which grows most of the nations crops will become and importer of food.

Ok, Rachel, this fool “Daniel” posts the same message on several threads, and his link that he obviously wants people to click is not work-safe. Can we get rid of him?

Yeah, he’s a crazy spammer. I need to figure out a way to block his IP.

Jacksonville Florida it made the list for best cities for blacks and it has grown from 29% black to now 34% and growing it has some diversity too with a small amount of asian’s and latino’s. Plus although their are some problems but I can say the white people treated me cool when I went there for a visit and the latin’s who are majority rican treated me real cool the latin women there love us black men so do the asian women there and the white women it was so different than Los Angeles where I live that I’m planing on leaving Hell A for Jacksonville or Atlanta.
